Mag ik even uw aandacht vragen om een klein schooltje in het noordoosten van Thailand te steunen?
De "Nong Bua Nang" school in Sa-Khrai (Nong Khai) ligt in het
noordoosten van Thailand tussen de vele rijstvelden in het platteland en
ver weg van de grote stad. Het schooltje geeft onderwijs aan kinderen van
5 tot 18 jaar.
De ouders van deze kinderen zijn vaak arme rijstboeren en hebben het
soms moeilijk hun kinderen een degelijke onderwijs te geven.
Daarom zoekt de school sponsers om deze kinderen te helpen met het
aankopen van didactisch materiaal, boeken, uniformen en speelgoed.
Ook om studenten fincanieel te steunen met goede resultaten, maar geen
geld hebben om verder te studeren aan de universiteit.
Het schooltje inviteert u om hen rechtstreeks te helpen en dankt
alvast iedereen voor zijn vrijwillige bijdrage.
U kan bijdragen in de enveloppe die u vandaag zult vinden in uw
postvakje.
U kan het beste de enveloppe met uw eventuele bijdrage aan mij
terugbezorgen, zodat we het geld rechtstreeks kunnen overschrijven aan de
directeur van het "Nong Bua Nang" schooltje in Sa-Khrai. Dit is dus geen
omhaling via een organistatie, maar een rechtstreekse oproep van het
schooltje zelf! Uw geld gaat dus niet verloren onder vorm van enige
organistatiebijdragen, maar is een directe steun voor de kinderen!
Mag ik vragen om genereus te zijn voor de Sinterklaas, Kerstmis en
Nieuwjaar feestdagen, in naam van de school danken we u voor uw giften.
Can I ask your attention to support a little school in the North-East of Thailand?
The "Nong Bua Nang" school in Sa-Khrai (Nong Khai) is situated in the
North-East of Thailand between the many rice fields in the countrysite far
away from any big cities. The school educates children from 5 to 18 years
old.
The parents from these children are often poor rice farmers and are
sometimes not able to give their children a proper form of education.
For this reason the school is looking for financial contributions to help
these children to buy materials for eductional purposes, books, uniforms
and toys, but also to support students with good results but don't have the
money to continue their study in the University.
Therefore, this school invites you to directly contribute and would
like to thank anybody for a voluntary donation.
You can put your donation in a the envelope you will find today in your
pigeonhole.
You can return the envelope to me, this way we can
donate the money to the head of the "Nong Bua Nang" school in Sa-Khrai.
This is not a fund raising from a organisation, but a direct call from the
school itself. So your money doesn't get lost in any organisation
processing, but is a direct help for the children!
