Added support for PGM (portable grayscale map) with -p switch.
Deleted writing in 1 big file, wasn't needed? Deleted "graysplit" and
"conv2png" script, ImageMagicks' "mogrify" handles that perfectly.
Added "conv2any" however, for people who lack diskspace: files are replaced,
one by one. 
Changed number of frames to 1, if outputfile has no '%' in it.
Changed Makefile to standard make and make install procedure.

Changed horizontal pixel capture in small-mode. Now 2 successive samples are
averaged. Video resolution selectable with option -v 0|1|2. X and Y-offset is
changed according to the video resolution and frame size.
