Diffusion MRI phantom data ("D-BRAIN data") folder

In this folder you can find:

1) *.nii files

	These files contain noiseless D-BRAIN data that have been "acquired" using different diffusion weighted attenuations;
	for instance, "D_BRAIN_b1000_" has been obtained using a b-value of 1000.
	
	Other imaging parameters:
	
	- 6 B0 images;
	- 60 diffusion weighted images;
	- voxel size : isotropic, 1.4 x 1.4 x 1.4 mm.
	
	
2) *_b_matrix.txt

	These files contain the b-matrices for each "simulated data acquisition" in the folder.
	
	
These files can be easily imported into ExploreDTI - http://www.exploredti.com/ .
