In 2002, I graduated as a civil engineer in physics from the university of Ghent, UGent. In 2003, I started working as PhD student at the University of Ghent (UGent) in the research group Image Processing and Interpretation (IPI) of the Department of Telecommunications and Information Systems (TELIN).

Currently I am working in the field of Computer Vision and Remote Sensing. Some words which are relevant to my research are: performance analysis, object modelling, knowledge modelling, statistics, line detection...
